Where is Emma Bridgewater pottery made?
All of our pottery is made in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British ceramics. Each piece is hand-decorated and unique.
What are the shipping options for UK customers?
We offer standard delivery (3-5 working days) and express delivery options. Free standard delivery is available on orders over a certain value, as specified at checkout.
Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our earthenware is dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend washing on a lower temperature with liquid detergent to maintain the vibrant hand-painted colors.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.
Do you offer a personalization service?
Yes, we offer a bespoke hand-painting service on many of our items, allowing you to add names or special messages to your favorite designs.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your pottery arrives broken, please contact our customer service team immediately with a photo of the damaged item to arrange a replacement.
