Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back to us.
Package Your Items
Carefully repack your pottery in its original packaging, ensuring all items are secure and protected to prevent breakage during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid returns label from the portal, or use a provided QR code at a designated drop-off point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
